Refund Policy

New customers may start with a free trial where offered. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, the account will automatically move to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly covered below. Taxes and government charges are additional where applicable.

If you are not satisfied with Maghraut PMS, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.

Refund requests made after 7 days, or for renewals and plan upgrades, are generally not eligible unless required by applicable law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.

Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades during the current cycle. Upgrades may be charged immediately at a prorated amount for the remaining cycle.

We encourage customers to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Refunds may be granted outside the above terms at Maghraut’s sole discretion in cases of billing errors, service unavailability caused by our infrastructure, or other exceptional circumstances.
